2.1. “Services” – The Service Provider agrees to provide the User with access to email subscription services, which include the delivery of analytical and news content via The Bell's newsletters.

2.2. “Subscription Period” – The subscription period begins once payment is processed and the User receives access to the services.

  1. Terms and Conditions of Service

3.1. This Agreement includes all essential terms and serves as a proposal to enter into a service contract with any eligible User.

3.2. The User can accept this Agreement by selecting a subscription plan and completing the payment process.

3.3. The Service Provider does not guarantee error-free access to the subscription services and is not responsible for payment processing issues.

3.4. Upon payment, the User is deemed to have accepted the Agreement in full without any reservations or exceptions.

  1. Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Service Provider agrees to:

  • Deliver the services as outlined in the subscription.
  • Notify the User of any service-related updates.

4.2. The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and necessary information for the provision of services.
  • Pay the subscription fee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Not distribute or share any content received through the subscription for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

4.3. Service Provider's Rights:

  • Request additional information from the User if necessary.
  • Suspend or terminate services in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

4.4. User's Rights:

  • Cancel the subscription before receiving the services. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable laws.
  1. Subscription Fees and Payment

5.1. The subscription fees are outlined on the website and include all related costs.

5.2. The User agrees to pay for the subscription via the available payment methods on the site.

5.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time with notice provided no later than two (2) calendar weeks before the change takes effect.

5.4. Subscription fees are considered paid when funds are credited to the Service Provider’s account.

  1. Fulfillment Policy

We strive to provide valuable content through our subscription services. However, if you are not satisfied with your subscription, the following terms apply:

8.1. Right of Refund:

Refunds are only available in the event of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the newsletter or if there is a billing error. Refunds are not provided once the subscription period has begun and you have received the content.

8.2. Refund Request Procedure:

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 10 days of subscribing at paywall@thebell.io. We will process your refund request within 7-10 business days after your right to return has been confirmed.

8.3. No refunds for partial use:

There are no refunds for partial use of a subscription. Once you have accessed the content, the service is considered used.

8.4. Subscription cancellation and stop of recurring payments:

The user may cancel the subscription renewal at any time, which will stop recurring payments. This action does not constitute grounds for a refund for the subscription period already paid. The subscription cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period.

8.5. Changes to this policy:
