Right of Refund:
Refunds are only available in the event of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the newsletter or if there is a billing error. Refunds are not provided once the subscription period has begun and you have received the content.
Refund Request Procedure:
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 10 days of subscribing to paywall@thebell.io. We will process your refund request within 7-10 business days after your right to return has been confirmed.
No refunds for partial use:
There are no refunds for partial use of a subscription. Once you have accessed the content, the service is considered used.
Subscription cancellation and stop of recurring payments:
The user may cancel the subscription renewal at any time, which will stop recurring payments. This action does not constitute grounds for a refund for the subscription period already paid. The subscription cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period.
