Ukraine hits Russia at the pumps
For the second year running, Ukrainian drone attacks on oil refineries, energy infrastructure and logistics routes have triggered fuel shortages. The authorities still have ways to combat the problem — at least inside Russia, rather than the annexed parts of Ukraine, where it is much trickier — but this year’s crisis looks worse than any we’ve seen before.
