Speaking “on behalf of the people” she listed grievances that everyone has been muttering about in recent weeks — though it did not come close to directly criticizing the Russian president or the war in Ukraine. The video garnered tens of millions of views, offering a safe way for Russians to express their discontent with the state of the nation.
