The biggest nationalization case of the year so far in Russia is packing an unusually heavy political punch, as Russia’s Prosecutor General seeks to seize assets from businessman Alexander Galitsky, one of Russia’s best-known IT investors believed to be close to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Galitsky is accused of funding Ukraine’s war effort.
